POSTAL CARROM TOURNAMENT

13th All India Postal Carrom Tournament was held at Postal Training Centre, Mysore between 28.01.2009 to 01.02.2009. The tournament was declared open on 28.01.2009 by Shri.S.Vijayaraghavan, DRM, Southern Western Railway, Mysore and the Prize Distribution will be held on 01.02.2009.
