PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE SCHEME

The Ratnagiri Model of Personal Accident Insurance Scheme of M/s OIC to RD/TD/KVP/NSC/PLI/RPLI holders in addition to the existing SB, MIS, SCSS account holders was launched on pilot project basis with effect from 02.02.2009 in Channapatna, Chikodi and Nanjangud Division as Pilot Projet

The Personal Accident Death Insurance Scheme of OIC for SB, MIS, SCSS account holders on request is offered by post office. Premium is Rs.15/- per annum. Insurance coverage of Rs.1 lakh is available for accidental death per account. Maximum coverage is Rs.3 lakhs.
