Sale of TATA BP Solar Lantern has started through identified Post Offices all over Karnataka

• Tata BP Solar shall provide receipt book to all the identified POs

• DOP staff shall book order from the customer on full payment in cash and issue a receipt to the customer.

• On receipt of indent/requisition from individual customers the same shall be informed over phone to TATA BP SOLAR for supply and sale through PO. Tata BP solar offers standard warranty of 1 year for Star Solar lantern. The terms and conditions to avail warranty are included as a booklet inside every product. The Authorized Service Centers (ASC) would handle all issues concerning warranty of DOP customers.
